Not unless a routine chore is very essential, if it does not add any benefits in the long run then you have much better things you should be doing. Have other People Help You
If you are always feeling out control due to the number of the item on your to-do list then you have the different problem. Think of the non-negotiable meetings that you must attend and anything that you want to complete the course of the day.
